Liked:Great location, amazing staff, fully equipped rooms with a complimentary minibar. Nice rooftop for breakfast or evening drinks.

Disliked:The only thing is if you have a lot of luggage there isn’t a lot of space in the room to store it but everything else was great.

Wonderful hotel with attentive service

Liked:The room was spacious and quiet with generous daily water, and welcome wine & beer included. Service was incredibly thoughtful and left a little gift each day, including a lens cleaner for my glasses and luxury soap from a local brand. The complimentary breakfast served on the roof was outstanding with a beautiful view of the city. Overall this felt like a relaxing home away from home and the location was very convent to walk Barrio Alto, Chiado, Principe Real, and Alfama.

Disliked:The only downside is that the mattress was quite firm. I was so tired from walking I still slept very well!
