Please note that for Non Refundable Reservations, the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check in. If the reservation is made on behalf of another person, please speak directly with the hotel to set the invoicing data. Access to Spa area including Sheraton Fitness, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and Vitality Pool is complimentary to all guests. The access of children under the age of 16 years old is not allowed in the Spirito Spa and Fitness facilities, except in the outdoor pool and when accompanied by an adult. Baby cots free of charge for children under 2 years old do not include pillows or blankets.
