Liked:This may well have been the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It looks like it's straight out of Bridgerton (big plus), and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. The honest bar was a nice plus as well!

The truth comes out when it comes to customer service

Liked:The property was great. I loved the room and the music played in the morning. The location was also very central

Disliked:My bad review has nothing to do with the property but with the customer service. Frankly, my situation was unique and if it wasn’t for this, I would have given them an amazing review. I was double charged and was denied a refund. I booked with booking.com so they were also in the mix. I tried to book a room and accidentally put an invalid email address. I was charged but the hotel said they couldn’t see the booking. After multiple phone calls with both sides, I got nowhere. I ended up paying an additional $1500 because the hotel did not hi or the refund. Yes, I made a stupid mistake but I called within the next 48 hours and no one was able to fix this. Long story short, it was a very expensive hotel for me.
