Disliked:I couldnt put the code i struggled and the securities are not helpful. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my stay. Before arriving, I requested a room with a walk-in shower because my mother was expected to travel with us and would have had difficulty using a bathtub. Although my mother later decided not to come, I made the request well in advance and never received a response. I even asked a friend to contact the property on my behalf, and she was only told that someone would get back to her, which never happened. I was also disappointed that some of the facilities described in the listing were not provided as expected. The description mentioned cleaning products and toiletries. However, there was only a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser and small towels. For a 10-day stay, only two dishwasher tablets were provided, which was insufficient. The dishwasher also had no salt or rinse aid. In addition, there were no cleaning products available for the kitchen or bathroom, and I had to purchase washing-up liquid myself. There was also no broom or mop available to clean the floors during our stay. Overall, communication was poor, and the facilities provided did not match the description. For these reasons, I was disappointed with the accommodation and would not rate the experience highly.

Liked:The location was excellent, access to trains, bus and Taxi and only 3 stops on the metro from the Airport

Disliked:Sofa bed was not the comfiest and no bedding was supplied for it. A few more utensils, crockery and glasses would gave been helpful.
