Terrible Customer Service – Very Disappointing Stay

Liked:The location is convenient, with several eateries and convenience stores nearby. It is a practical option if you want easy access to food and basic necessities.

Disliked:The entrance to the building is somewhat hidden between two buildings, so it can be difficult to identify when arriving for the first time. There is also no lift, which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. However, my main concern was the customer service, particularly regarding luggage storage on checkout day. My checkout was on a Sunday, and the night before I contacted the guest house through WhatsApp to ask if I could leave my luggage until around 2:30 pm because my connecting train was later in the day. I was told that, because it was Sunday, they could only keep the luggage until 1:45 pm, but that I could leave it for free at a partner location that operated 24 hours. The next morning, I went to the partner location as instructed, only to be told that they do not store luggage from O Eléctrico Guest House and had no information about this arrangement. I tried calling and messaging the guest house again, but initially received no response. I then called an alternative number provided by the guest house, but the person who answered said she could not help and suggested that I return to O Eléctrico Guest House with my luggage. After around 30–40 minutes, I finally received a WhatsApp response saying that I had probably gone to the wrong address and that it was my mistake. I was also told that they could not keep my luggage beyond 1:00 pm. At one point, I was even told that I had never called, so I had to provide a screenshot showing my call attempt. I understand that luggage storage has limitations, especially on Sundays, and I would have been fine with that if the information had been communicated clearly from the beginning. The frustrating part was being given information about a partner location, travelling there with my luggage, finding out that they could not help, and then receiving very slow and conflicting responses when I tried to resolve the situation.
