Pleasant stay - Great location, clean rooms

Liked:The hotel was in a good location, close to both the metro and train station. In addition, grocery stores and a shopping mall were within walking distance. The hotel room itself was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the selection of food was just right.

Disliked:The entire building had a specific smell of an old house or mold, which was particularly lingering during the first few days. By the last few days, we didn't notice it anymore. Additionally, the bed mattresses were a bit too hard, and the bathroom drain was clogged. We could hear a bit of sounds from outside (airplanes) and the hallway, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Liked:Location is close to airport (13euro taxi ride), and even has parking, which is hard to come by in Lisbon. Room was clean, mattress comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful, altho their english was sometimes lacking)

Disliked:The mini fridge in the room barely cooled anything 1degree below room temperature (which was a problemduring heat wave). Very few of the tv channels actually worked (none of the children ones), food at restaurant (both breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte) could be better easily. Front desk reception apparently did not understand what we wanted when we said "order a taxi to pick us up in 15 minutes". She kept repeating that if she orders a taxi it will come in 5 minutes, and she can't order it for later
