Liked:The location is excellent. Staff is very helpfull. Luggage storage facility helped us a lot.

Disliked:İf you don't like to sleep in a bunk bed, it is a bit hard to stay there.

Great location, great lounge areas

Liked:I loved Daniella's service most of everyone. The place is very accommodating regards having your luggage being stored and clothing being washed. The many lounge areas also are major plus when you want to rest, but not lying on your bed.

Disliked:I could notice that there was tension or problems regards some of the breakfast staff, they seemed pissed off or something while serving the food. Also the lady with glasses at reception seemed a bit lost or distracted. I work in hospitality and the thing I know about hosting is that you make them feel comfortable and welcomed around you.
