Dirty room, bad location, and no real help

Disliked:Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The room and bathroom were dirty, with visible stains and hairs. It was completely unhygienic and not like the photos shown. The location was also quite bad, hard to access and in an unpleasant area, which made the whole experience even worse. When we contacted the host, the only solution offered was to come the next day, even though we were leaving the following morning. We ended up having to book another place last minute, losing both time and money. I’ve always trusted Booking and rarely write negative reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. I truly hope Booking reviews this property, because it should not be listed in this condition.

Overall, it’s exactly what you’d expect for the price.

Liked:common areas were clean and well maintained + staff were nice and helpful

Disliked:It can get quite noisy when moving around the rooms or halls, as the walls are quite thin and you can hear most sounds from outside your room. This might not be ideal for light sleepers, though it didn’t bother me much as I’m a heavy sleeper. My friend and I mainly chose this place for its convenient location and affordable price. We spent most of our time out and only came back to sleep. Luckily, the other guests staying at the same time were considerate, so it wasn’t an issue.

Was okay but won’t prefer again!

Liked:Central location , stable WiFi!

Disliked:We stayed 2 nights and the first night there was a weird sound coming from the walls (probably from another room or we don know) so it took us very long to fall asleep. The second night there was no warm water to shower. There is open space under each door so you can hear everyone moving outside in the corridor and talking in the rooms, not soundproof at all. I understand that the place was on the cheaper side but still needs to be improved. Like you could tell the surfaces in our room were not clean and in the one small bathroom the toilet paper holder is fully hanging ready to fall and under the sink the shelf is moldy and glued very poorly. These things are very easy, cheap and fast to fix.
