Excellent location and large comfortable apartment

Liked:Excellent location and near many restaurants, the waterfront, and transportation (ie, trams) to get around the rest of the city. 0.5 mile walk to Time out market if you get in late (open until midnight on our first night). The place was also impeccably decorated and had a lot of space for our family of four. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Large kitchen and comfortable sofa. TVs in every room. Shutters provide blackout from the light. Washer and drying rack. Microwave and large refrigerator. Freezer. Pots, pans and cooking utensils. Quick response from management on WhatsApp for any questions.

Disliked:You will need to bring essentials like shampoo and soap (only one packet is given to get you through the first night), laundry detergent, coffee pods (Nespresso machine is available but not coffee pods), cooking oil, salt and pepper. Shower drains in both showers clogged after the first night.

A little pricey, but positive stay.

Liked:Great location. Bed was comfortable and space was roomy and nicely furnished.

Disliked:There were certain things not maintained well. Freezer was frozen shut (requires a proper defrost and cleaning. No basics provided (tea/coffee/salt/pepper/sugar). Bathtub did not have drain closure so could only be used as shower.

Perfect Location!

Liked:This property is in a prime location and so close to everything you’d want to see. The Arch is around the corner and each night had entertainers singing and dancing! Even though it was so close it was very quiet, nice and bright corner location. It is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. As with other comments there is a sewage smell when you come into the hallway and master bedroom but overall we would stay again because of how perfect a location it was! We texted for extra pillows because there were only one each and very hard but did not hear back.

Disliked:Smell/lack of pillows/washing machine left clothes soaked.
