Liked:The best was location - in the heart of Lisbon. The contact was also very good (quick responses). The apartment was clean, air condicioning worked properly. I really recommend this place.

Disliked:The building is quite old and need a refresh.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious and comfortable top floor apartment, it was a great base from which to explore Lisbo

Liked:We loved the location - couldn't be more central. We were on floor 5, which was pretty quiet considering the location. The apartment was really spacious and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms and also the aircon as Lisbon was hot while we were there. Beds were comfy and we liked the open beams in the roof, it felt very airy.

Disliked:The dishwasher was not working and was taped up with a messy handwritten notice and sellotape. One of the showers was very difficult to use and water would only come out in a painfully strong jet. The decor was looking pretty tired - could do with new kitchens and bathrooms.

Facilities not perfect, but in balance with the pricing.

Liked:We stayed a week in Lisbon at this apartment, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The apartment has high ceilings and feels authentic and spacious. Thanks to the two air conditioning units, you can easily escape the Portuguese heat. The sofa bed was comfortable too. The location is great — right in the middle of the city and close to the sea, with everything within easy reach: shops, transport, and plenty of options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. There are so many fun things to do nearby that you end up spending very little time at the apartment anyway. All in all, we had a great stay for a good price.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our stay had quite a few issues. There was some mold on the grout in the bathroom, and the dishwasher was too dirty on the inside for us to use. The kitchen equipment was limited. The wifi didn't work at all during our stay and the staff was not very responsive. We had to reset a certain electrical circuit several times using the switch, and the door handle in the bedroom was missing entirely. To make things worse, we found a large cockroach in the apartment. On top of that, the boiler isn't very large, so with 4 people staying, you need to be a bit careful with hot water usage.
