The hotel was in a great location. The room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Welcoming!

Liked:The staff that greeted us at the door were very welcoming. They offered us a glass of port and a pastry and were very helpful explaining the parking procedure.

Excellent stay!

Liked:The staff and location. Every place of interest was walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were awesome and welcoming. The welcome glass of Porto and pastel de nata were a nice touch. Ricardo 1 and 2 at the front desk were awesome. Made us feel so welcome. The young lady booked an excellent Fado place for us and directed us to the authentic places for some Ginjha.

Disliked:Nothing! Loved our stay and will stay here again!
