No stay— had to find another hotel

Liked:There was no one available for quite some time. There were 4 of us waiting. Finally my husband kept ringing the bell until someone came out and told us they were overbooked and there were no rooms. I do n’t know if this is a hotel issue or a booking.com issue

I Didn't Stay Here. Booking.com lied and recorded my stay as a 'no-show'.

Liked:Nothing. Location has no signs, looks like a ghetto gambling joint / U-haul rental office? Didn't do my due diligence on the place before booking, so that's on me. Sounds like they've pulled the same scammy behavior on multiple customers in the last couple of months.

Disliked:UPDATED JULY 20th 2026. Front office left me a very unprofessional voicemail at 11am day of stay informing me that they had overbooked and they did not have a room available for us. Front office was unreachable when we arrived to check in. UPDATE: Review response changed from including an OYO escalations email address to an apology from Stay (no email about it, I only saw because I had to re-open a ticket and included this link). At this time, June 17th 2026, PayPal is refusing to honor the chargeback dispute because booking.com provided "evidence" that I was a no-show, so they're not liable. Completely false and dishonest. I am now threatening legal action against booking.com. Update July 20th: No response from booking.com about these crooks or their lack of help. I paid in advance, showed up on time, they claimed they were overbooked, like many other reviewers here.
