Awful. Worst hotel experience ever

Disliked:We booked the Jacuzzi suite for my birthday weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room had visible mold and significant signs of water damage. I was only able to stay in the room for about three hours before we had to leave because the mold was making it difficult for me to breathe. On top of that, we arrived at 3:00 p.m. for check-in, but our room was not ready. When we were finally able to go upstairs, housekeeping was still in the room finishing up. For a room that was supposed to be a special birthday getaway, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Between the delayed check-in, the condition of the room, and ultimately having to leave because of the mold, this was definitely not the experience we expected or paid for.

Great clean hotel

Liked:The breakfast was great! Perfect way to start the day! Being vegetarians it was perfect!
Disliked:The location was a bit far from stores and running areas or parks also the museums.
