Disliked:The building is beautiful. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was space the bed was like a rock. The ac kept shutting off. The keys didnt work. I had to have staff come up and unlock my door and give me a new set of keys after going down twice for a new set.

We will check around for a different place to stay.

Liked:The week ends had good food but other days there wasn't much to choose from.

Disliked:We arrived after a long day on the road, so a shower was in line. We had a room with a tub. The bottom was very slick, no mat. the grab bars were only one. You need more, like one the full length of the tub. My partner had trouble getting out of the tub. nothing to hang onto for help. Before the next shower we called for a mat. The receptionist said he would bring it up. 2 hours later I went down and he left the information with someone else who said I knew you would come and get it. HA HA!!! Thanks for helping me.
