Great value for chalet living.

Liked:I enjoyed being cool without the use of air condition mid summer die to being high in the mountain. Everything was there for simple breakfast. Good instructions and advice before arriving.

Disliked:All was good.

Disliked:Very disappointing and misleading Unfortunately, our experience at Bosco Paraíso was very disappointing. The description is quite misleading, especially regarding the breakfast. They advertise that breakfast is included, but this is not what we experienced. We stayed for 2 nights and were given only 4 eggs in total. Seriously? Four eggs for two people for two mornings — meaning 2 eggs per day? This is not what anyone would reasonably expect when a place advertises breakfast. There is also something very important you should know before booking: the location is extremely isolated. The nearest supermarkets are around 40 minutes away, and there is practically nothing nearby — not even a place to buy something as basic as water. Also, there is no proper kitchen. It is essentially a very basic setup, so don't expect the facilities you might assume from the description. Some important details are simply not made clear enough in the description and you really need to read the reviews carefully before booking. We wish we had known these things beforehand. Overall, we would not recommend booking this place unless you are specifically looking for a very isolated and basic stay and are fully prepared for the lack of nearby facilities and services.

Liked:The peace and the fresh air. The isolation and the respect that everyone there showed to each other's privacy. The cabin was clean and there were more than enough things in the fridge to make breakfast. The dirt road to get to the cabins(approx 1 km long) is easy to drive with any car so no need for a 4x4. Over all, a great experience.

Disliked:There are photos on Booking showing an oven in one of the cabins. Apparently not every cabin has one(ours was no 3 and it didnt) so it would be helpfull to know if the cabin one reserves, has or has not an oven. It is important since you have to rely on the food you prepare and not having an oven in the cabin might leave you hanging when it comes to food preparation.
