Uncomfortable Stay and Poor Cleanliness

Liked:Location

Disliked:Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, mainly because of the lack of comfort and cleanliness. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep or properly relax. The sofa was also uncomfortable and very noisy whenever you moved. Cleanliness was another major issue. Our bed sheets and bathroom towels had visible dirty spots, and one of the towels was even torn. We also noticed dirty marks in several areas around the accommodation, including the cupboards, which gave the impression that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Another disappointing detail was that no drinking water was provided, not even a bottle upon arrival. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, particularly when it comes to basic comfort and cleanliness. These are essential things for any stay and unfortunately made our experience unpleasant.
