Disliked:The attention was terrible. Where do I start? First, I made the reservation for 5 people and they gave me a room for 3 people that is super small and uncomfortable. Second, the reservation was made for an amount, when I arrived they charged me another and to complete the abuse when we got home we realized that they charged us another amount, incredible! we had to call for the return of that charge. and Third, they never cleaned the room for 3 days that we were there, we left and when the same beds arrived, we had to call porq the bins ful, without sanitary paper and as I said they gave us 3 toalkas when we were 5 (and they charged us for 5), the last night my husband and I had to dry ourselves with the same towel. It was the worst. The cleaning service is the worst. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Might stay here again, but would check pool first

Liked:Staff was excellent. Courtyard outside was very nice to relax. Breakfast was basic but good. Gym was ok. Location was excellent

Disliked:Hot tub was closed most of the time during our stay, which is why we chose the hotel to begin with. The city of Liberty shut the pool/hottub down, which you have to wonder how they maintain it. The room was smallish but the bathroom was a ridiculously small setup.
