Liked:The bed, the cleanliness, the pool, the jacuzzi tub, etc

Disliked:The poor customer service at the front desk, and after being gone all day came back to our hotel room door being left open by house keeping.

With a little work this could be an amazing hotel.

Liked:The water park is a great option for those with kids. The beds were comfortable. Located near many restaurants and shopping malls/stores.

Disliked:The rooms could use some updating. The hot tub was warm but not hot. The ice machines were broken. There was only 1 front desk person to assist with check ins and guests needs.The light on one of the waterslides that tells you when it is safe to enter the slide was not working.

Disliked:When we got there the sink was clogged They dumped drano down it and Made the room smell of chemicals for hours and we couldn’t open doors or windows While this was happening another family was given the room we were aleady in and was mad that we were there The mini spits work too well or not at all they had a mind of there own We also didn’t get out breakfast vouchers till the morning we needed them. They called super late at night to let us know to get Our phone didn’t work but thankfully maintenance was already in our room and changed it out for us. T When we went to use the pool there was no clean towels for 45-1 hour. We were already wet with in infant so we had to walk upstairs with out drying off.

Disliked:The experience was deeply uncomfortable and disappointing. The staff’s behavior came across as both rude and discriminatory, creating an environment where we did not feel welcome. Joanne, in particular, repeatedly stared at us and our party guests in a way that felt intrusive and unsettling, as though we were being watched or monitored throughout our stay. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we felt singled out and uneasy. What made the situation even more frustrating was the clear inconsistency in how rules were enforced. While we were made to feel scrutinized, other hotel guests of a different race were openly allowed to drink alcohol and gather in the hallways without any issue. This unequal treatment raised serious concerns about fairness and respect. Overall, the experience left a lasting negative impression, and it is difficult to overlook the sense of bias we encountered.
