Liked:The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful location. The Restaurant and Bistro are excellent - wonderful to enjoy lunches in the shade of the Mulberry Trees!! Unigue - a very special place. Thank You.

Disliked:No lift and a bit of a challenge for me at 73 getting up to the 2nd floor with bags and case. Though staff helped me - thank goodness.

Liked:Everything!! Francoise was amazing from beginning to end !! She organised everything as we wished and explained everything so clearly on arrival to make our stay so comfortable.
