Never again here

Liked:Booked handycap room. Only chair in room was the desk chair. And tv remote impossible to use. Front desk was not help full at all, just had lame excuse as to why no chair. I paid $200 more thinking this would be a great stay looking a pictures online NO NO NO NO

Terribel Customer Service

Liked:Terrible customer service! I can't speak to the accommodations at all because we made a mistake with the dates when booking online. We called immediately to try and move the dates we had selected for our stay, but were refused any help. We were forced to pay for a night in this hotel even though we made it clear we weren't canceling and wanted to use them just not on the dates selected. $200.00 wasted and our business to any Marriott Bonvoy hotels lost for life.

Terrible customer service for events

Liked:While the hotel was very nice and convenient, there were problems that whey would not resolve. I booked for an event requiring 30 rooms per night, paid for by my event. One room was paid for in duplicate and they would not refund the duplicate payment. I never received my points and it's been over 2 months (I gave my number 4 times). Another problem was ignored. The initial love for this hotel has changed to "will never go back" and I had planned to return with the same event. A "nice to your face" but "stab you in the back" situation with management.
