Cancellation

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Der Sportsmann Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note: Guest check-in is done via email and text message methods. Guests choosing to pay cash at time of arrival can arrange to do so via email. There are no keys since all doors to the unit have electronic codes changed for each reservation. Damages caused by the guest will be charged to the card on file for repair costs. Please note: Both suites are located on an upper level only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator on-site. ***Please note: The first night of reservation will be charged at the time of booking.*** A deposit may be required at the property.
