Excellent for short stays, close to parade, restaurants, shopping centres

Liked:We have stayed at the Angel Hotel before. This time we chose the platinum room which has AC. In the middle of heatwave, this was perfect. AC was powerful but quiet. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked. Breakfast was quite relaxed with friendly staff attending. Overall nice stay

Disliked:Parking. Limited number of spaces. £12 charge per day. It would be nice if the lounge and breakfast room are also air conditioned.

Disliked:We were unlucky our room gave a busy pub/ night club It was super hot so had the window open. Steer cleaner came along at 0500

Poor value for money and felt like staying in a furnace

Liked:Central location and affordable parking

Disliked:Stayed during recent heatwave. Like staying in a sauna. No air con in room. Unable to open window move than 2 inches and whole hotel felt like a furnace. Breakfast staff friendly but compared with other hotel this was very tired and poor value for money
