Liked:The staff were very nice, but it seemed like 2 ladies were looking after the whole hotel.

Disliked:The rooms are only cleaned if you are there for 3 days, given the cost of the hotel, I would have expected to have it cleaned daily, at least the garbage dumped and sheets changed. It would not have been so bad, except the room was damp so all the bedding was damp.

Great for our one night stay, after our “Grapevine” wine tour

Liked:Immaculately clean, spacious, modern room. Comfy beds and pillows. Great climate control. Fridge and microwave in the room. Easy check in/out. Helpful, pleasant staff.

Disliked:Being British, we would have preferred tea, (with real milk rather than powdered creamer) rather than coffee in the room. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, but no lotion. Having said this, I bet they would have provided such, if I had asked. Didn't find a restaurant in (seniors) walking distance, so we ordered Pizza for delivery. Ha! Wasn't driving after all the wine we drank!
