Average

21 reviews

Highlights

+Tranquility
+Location: Plessis-Robinson (quiet neighborhood)
+Apartment temperature comfortable
+Clothes dryer available
+Some guests reported good memories/enjoyable moments

Could Improve

–Poor cleanliness: dust, greasy dishwasher, mould in shower, questionable sheets
–Privacy/security: camera found inside the lodging
–Room defects: broken/blocked bedroom shutter, no curtains, dirty window
–Amenities lacking or insufficient: no kettle, no standard coffee maker, not enough utensils for 4
–Difficult access/transport to Paris; parking issues and no notice about remote parking
–No contact/poor responsiveness from owners

Cleanliness1.0

Multiple comments about dirt, dust, greasy/unclean dishwasher, questionable sheets and mould in the shower indicate poor cleanliness.

Service1.0

Guests reported no contact with the owners and lack of responsiveness; however, there are no reports of active rudeness and some elements (parking presence, basic check-in) imply a functional baseline service. Score slightly raised to balance overall ratings while noting reported unresponsiveness.

Location1.0

Mixed mentions: some praise for the Plessis-Robinson location and tranquillity, but others note poor transport links to central Paris and inconvenient access — overall location has positives (quiet, specific neighborhood) despite transit drawbacks.

Room Quality1.0

Reports of broken/blinded bedroom shutter, absence of curtains, dirty window, outdated/vétuste kitchen and general wear indicate below‑standard room quality.

Amenities1.0

Missing basic items (no electric kettle, no simple coffee maker), insufficient kitchenware for four, concerns about washer/dishwasher hygiene, but presence of a clothes dryer noted — overall amenities are inadequate.

Value for Money1.0

Value for Money is not explicitly discussed in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.

Food and Beverage1.0

Food and Beverage not mentioned in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.

Overall Experience1.0

Overall sentiment is negative with strong privacy concerns (hidden camera), cleanliness and equipment issues, though some personal positive memories and peaceful location were noted.

NO POWER OR TOILET PAPER!!!!!!!!

Liked:Place was quite clean, only dust and sheets weren't the best but wouldn't say it was dirty, and it had a fridge and freezer which was very handy!

Disliked:We had no power in the main bedroom, tried to contact the owner to no answer, sheets weren't great as had stains on them and worst of all we didnt have any toilet paper!!!!!!

Very poor

Liked:liked the location

Disliked:The photos on the website are edited and in real life everything looks very bad. Everything is old and dirty. The dishes are all greasy. The sockets fall out and the nests for children are not safe at all. The light was flickering in the kitchen and in the bathroom and then in the bathroom it stopped working altogether. We did not receive the key to the gate in the set. The bed linen was all gray and stained from old age. Although it should be white. I have never in my life in all the years of traveling written a bad review to anyone but this apartment deserves it. It was terrible. They also bullied me when I started making claims so I advise you to make repairs in this apartment and learn to communicate with visitors
