Cancellation

Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
In case of late arrival ( outside of reception opening hours), please notify the residence reception using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation. You can also provide this information in the "Special Requests" section in addition to your call. Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) with an additional fee (12€/day and 65€/week). The option can be added after booking from the Vacancéole Client Area. For group reservations (from 5 accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancelation possible up to 42 days before. Please contact us. A photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in. A bank imprint of €300 is required upon arrival as a security deposit, then released after the stay provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory in accordance). Every swimmer must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one-piece or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, long swimsuits, swim shorts, and more generally all loose clothing, are prohibited. The pool area is prohibited to anyone dressed in anything other than the aforementioned swimsuits. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option, after booking, from the Vacancéole Client Area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Sep 27, 2026 until Sat, May 1, 2027 Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Sep 26, 2027 until Mon, May 1, 2028 Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
