Don't plan on using the airport shuttle.

Liked:Rooms were nice and Rory at the front desk was awesome!

Disliked:The airport shuttle ends before check in time, so I am not sure who it is there to serve. We requested a room away from the elevator when we booked and were put in a room directly across from the elevator.

great hotel near the Albany airport

Liked:We stayed here two separate nights during a vacation with a lot of stopping points. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Albany Airport if you need to catch a flight which we did. The kids enjoyed the pool which was nice, however the hotel tub was broken during our visit. The breakfast service was great in the morning. Well staffed and they never ran out of food. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, including the hotel manager who we got a chance to chat with directly during checkout on our first night.
