Great stay

Liked:Family feel accommodation. Staff friendly and can't do enough for you. Room clean and bed clean and comfy. Breakfast plentiful and good. Bus stop outside for going into Edinburgh so leave the car behind in the big car park and save money on parking in town.

wonderful food, staff, and location

Liked:Breakfast was great, dinner and drinks were wonderful. The location was great, right on the bus line.
Disliked:The room wasn't anything special and could use some updating in the future, but it fit our needs and was an incredible value.

A great location as a base for an Edinburgh visit offering great value

Liked:Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and filling. The bus stop right outside and directly across the road with regular services to the city centre was a real advantage as we were able to leave the car at the hotel when we went to town. Easy access to the ring road was a bonus making trips to Portobello and other peripheral destinations very easy.
Disliked:All good for me
