The property is a good place. Booking.com is where the problems started and ended

Liked:Staff was very helpful. Property was clean and in a good location for shopping and dining.

Disliked:There was some construction being done in the pool area. But the issue is not with the property. The problem is with Booking.com booking me in the wrong room and false information about the room. I had to pay an additional $180.00 to get the room I need an originally booked. On top of what I had already paid booking.com

Disliked:This is the worst hotel experience of our road trip in the USA. The staff who welcome us have very bad attitude, including the manager. Booking.com sold us 2 rooms which are not available, and the manager said they they were aware of the problem for 5 years. What? So for 5 years they keep allowing customers to book rooms that are not available? The rooms are old, the sofa also looks old and dirty. And if you have a dog, don’t come here unless you are happy to pay USD 150. It’s an outrageous charge that is almost as expensive as a room. What is the justification for that?
