Luxurious hotel, great for families, a bit understaffed

Liked:No casino. Family friendly. Also able to use MGM grand’s lazy river pool complex.
Disliked:Understaffed. Calling front desk took a long time and didn’t get an answer. Had to go downstairs to queue up to ask for our luggage to get delivered upstairs. Couldn’t check out after hours because there was no staff at front desk and the check out iPad didn’t work. A walk from the strip
