Super Noisy and Not Clean

Liked:Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from people walking down the halls to music/ TV playing in 2 rooms away. The room was not clean at all. A sock was right under the chair in the room and a pair of shoes under the edge of the sofa.. both easily seen and should have been easily cleaned up if they had cleaned the rooms properly.

Pretty

Liked:The Cromwell casino is small. The variety of slot games is not great. I played a couple of slot games and did not win anything. Drink service was nonexistent.

Amazing

Liked:Kavun ( I hope I am spelling his name Coree correctly) was amazing. Made an orange martini and it was delicious. 10/10 thought the service was incredible. The drink was really good would recommend to everyone.

Strip view. What a joke

Liked:“Strip view”. What a joke. The room has the description for the “parlour suite room - strip view”. There is no place in this hotel that has a strip view.
