Liked:So I like everything about this hotel the location is the best part for me and my family

Disliked:What I didn't like was I paid almost $1,700 for my room and my room never got clean the 5 days that I was there they wanted me to pay an additional $115 just for them to make my bed and take out my trash I end up taking out my own trash my bed sheets never got changed I called the "host" ( side note I did not know there was a host) Saturday morning told them I have been there since Thursday and that me and my family needed more towels and for my room to be clean that's when I found out that it was additional charge of $115 just for them to come in and change the bed sheets sweep the floor ( side note my room didn't get cleaned the whole time I was there for the 5 days) and take out the trash I didn't get no clean towels until Sunday morning and the housekeeper brought me two body towels and a washcloth for five people and when she gave me my towels she was kind of rude about it like it was an inconvenience for her. I didn't get a full set until Sunday after noon. My kids had to go to the pool area just to get fresh towels to take a shower Overall the hotel the staff the facility is awesome it's just booking with this particular booking site that did not disclose everything about this particular room.

Disliked:-stars Avoid this property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We checked in around 9:00 PM after a long day of travel with two young children. The room we were assigned did not match the photos or description on the listing. The windows were completely blocked, leaving the room feeling fully enclosed. This was never disclosed before booking. I have claustrophobia, and upon entering the room I experienced a panic attack. I immediately informed the property and requested that the reservation be canceled because I could not safely stay in that room. Instead of showing empathy or offering a reasonable solution, the staff were rude and dismissive. I also contacted Booking.com while I was still at the property. Based on the guidance I received, I left the hotel and had to urgently find another place to stay late at night while traveling alone with my two young children. This caused significant stress and unexpected financial loss. My biggest concern is that this type of room is not clearly disclosed in the listing. Guests deserve accurate photos and descriptions, especially when conditions like blocked windows or enclosed rooms could have a serious impact on someone with claustrophobia or other medical conditions. I strongly urge future guests to read reviews carefully before booking this property. Transparency and guest safety should always come before misleading listings. I hope both the property and Booking.com take this seriously so that no other family has to go through what we experienced.

Liked:Size of appartment and proximity to Strip.

Disliked:False advertising of Strip views. The hotel is called The Jockey Club , took picture of sign. I purchased room with what I believed was Strip views. We had views of garage walls and when called number provided by booking.com, lady was rude and stated that hotel is called The Jockey Club with Strip views and that I did not book strip view room. We were unable to take showers first night as we had no hot water in shower and tub was draining slow, filling with water each time we took showers. So dissapointed as I had family visiting from Europe and thought I was paying for room with views. False advertising, if I knew that, I would have stayed somewhere else.
