Cancellation

When booking multiple rooms, individual names are required for each reservation. Please note that during the cooler months of the year all pools and cabanas are closed for the season except for Moorea, which will be available to all guests during this period. Please note that the original credit card used at the time of booking must be presented during check-in. Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If the guests use a debit card, guests acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
