Disliked:Iam very disappointed with my stay. The service was extremely slow, the bathroom was dirty, and the room was far too dark. One of the light bulbs was out, and even after reporting it, no one came to fix or replace it. To make things worse, there was no water in the bathroom on the day we checked out. It is completely unacceptable for guests to have no water at all. Luckily, we had already brushed our teeth before the water stopped. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Other than the room location, excellent and accommodating. All staff were very helpful.

Liked:Very comfortable

Disliked:Requested room by elevator. Request was completely ignored. This caused injury to my daughter causing her to fall due to the extensive walking. She is very handicapped and requires 24/7 care by me. I had to wait for the refrigerator to be delivered for her medicine. In the future , we must have a room by the elevator.

Liked:Did online check in to avoid waiting in line just for someone to be in my room. The hotel is big and I had to walk back with all my belongings and wait in line to get assigned another room just for one to have a leaking toilet so I had to go all the way back to front desk again to get ANOTHER assigned room.
