I will NEVER stay with La Quinta again!

Liked:Location was close to the airport

Disliked:We booked this hotel for its close location to the airport and free shuttle. They told us it’d take about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (Google Maps show it’s actually an 8 min drive). We ended up waiting outside in very hot temperatures for over an hour for the hotel shuttle. I had to call 3 times and each time was told they’d be there soon. Found out there was a lack of communication between staff and they forgot to pick us up. Very frustrating!!! Not one staff member acknowledged it or even apologized when we finally returned to the hotel.
