Liked:Breakfast is good (omlette, sausage, cinnamon buns). Location is good with plenty of parking if you're driving. The beds were good with soft and firm pillows to choose from.
Disliked:I was not able to connect to wifi. The AC is located inside the unit and is very loud.

Dear management, educate some members of the staff if they want to work in hospitality sector

Liked:It's a nice hotel with good rooms and comfortable beds. The location is good, seemed like a very safe part of the town.
Disliked:The hotel had issues with wi-fi which can happen. But, returning back to the hotel at night to find out that it's still not fixed was frustrating which I mentioned to the young guy at the reception. Then I experienced something that never happend to me in any accommodation during my long time travel experience. The receptionist lost his attitide and startedd screaming at me because he was in stress since the whole hotel was out of internet and I guess other guests were frustrated as well. As the young receptionist said 'just becaise of wi-fi' - well, dear receptionist, it is because of money as in Europe the business day just started and it was time for me to check the situation on the account of the company, check with the stuff if all is ok, check and send some emails - without wifi it cost me quite an amount of money and time. Not to lose tempere and staying professional towards guests even in difficult situation is somethjng the management must learn it's staf, or at least the young nervous night receptionist and teach him not to shout at guests and wawing with hands shouting 'go to your room' as chasing a dog. I have recorded a part of it and nowadays smile by listening to it, but while this was happening I was far from smiling. Pitty, this 'phenomenon' ruined my good experience with the hotel and during my whole trip in west USA it was the only negative issue with any of many hotel staff I met.
