I always get a place with a balcony so I can smoke outside. First place with a balcony I wasn’t allowed to smoke on.

Good accomodations

Liked:This hotel was a bargain for myself and my two teenage sons. Very spacious, comfortable beds, nice pools, and a nice gym. Great place if you plan to have a car. I liked being off the strip honestly. This was very proximal to the chinatown area of Vegas as well.

Disliked:I didn't get a car for the first few days. I figured we would Uber to the strip and maybe walk to nearby places for breakfast in the mornings. This was fine, but there was not a lot near the hotel just to zip out and buy a quick breakfast. It's not a good walking area. You can do it, but it's a busy city street with 2-3 lanes of traffic on each side if I recall.
