Liked:Very comfortable and spacious family suite. It's good to have such a kitchen.

Disliked:If you take a family room and there are 2 interior doors, you should allow them to be kept open and only the exterior door to be locked. Let the air conditioning work with the door open because the children are coming and going all the time.

Tucked Away Gem

Liked:For background, I am an early 40 something traveling with my 2 kids and husband. We came in town to see a show at the Sphere. We absolutely loved this property!!! The 2 room king suite was spacious and comfortable and allowed us all to stretch out and relax during our downtime in between excursions around Vegas. We loved having a full sized fridge to store milk for my toddler and plenty of places to keep all of our food and drinks cold. It was a bit tricky finding the entrance, but our GPS did a good job winding us through a parking garage entrance to get us there. We found the parking to be more convenient than staying attached a casino property. Yes, the music is playing loud outside throughout the day, but I expect that when I am looking to stay attached to the strip.

A 7 day Las Vegas vacation

Liked:This was our 3rd time staying here for a 7 night visit (May 29 - June 5). Our experience was Excellent from the time we checked in until when we checked out. A nice touch upon arrival is the gift of some bottles of drinking water which continues throughout the week. Check in was seamless and it was nice to be greeted by friendly staff from the bell captain to the front desk. Kudos to "Michelle" and "Carlos" for their Excellent Customer Service that they provided to us during our stay, This location has a great staff team that works together well. The grounds and the building are always kept in a very clean state. The housekeeping team kept our 2 unit suite polished throughout our stay. This location is very accessible by wheelchair and electric scooter. We noticed during this stay that the Flamingo Hotel & Casino next door has now shortened the loud music playing (just something to be aware of) at their pool area from only 9:00 am to 6:00 pm compared to the past. Please note that this loud music is no fault of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club location. Just a very small notation for housekeeping to check the shower gel dispensers as both were empty in our 2 units upon check in, but this was addressed very quickly by the Customer Service staff. Keep up your great work at this Hilton location! ! We look forward to returning again for another vacation visit.....Peter Maliniak
