Disliked:I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially with a front desk staff member named C’zarina. During check-in, I politely asked if she could help speed things up because our Uber had arrived. Instead of assisting, she just stared at me without typing and repeatedly blamed the “slow computer.” Then, out of nowhere, she accused me of “yelling,” even though I wasn’t raising my voice at all. When my partner came downstairs, she actually started shouting “calm down” at me, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Such a shock. She even wrote her name on a card and told me to go ahead and report her — as if tourists have no way to stand up for our rights. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and I’ve never encountered staff this rude or hostile. Her behaviour was so irrational and confrontational that it made me genuinely question whether she is fit to work in hospitality. As an Asian guest, the way she treated me felt targeted and deeply uncomfortable, and I am concerned there may have been an element of bias. This experience really overshadowed my stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves front desk service.
