Cabana Rental - Subpar Service

Liked:We booked a cabana on a Friday for a group of 4. We waited almost 25 minutes for check in as they only had one host who was also setting up rentals. Once we got to our cabana, we waited almost 45 mins for our server. Throughout the day, she maybe checked on us 3 times. There were only 2 servers for both pools which was poor planning on Harrahs part - Friday with ~70% booked cabanas and daybeds. Overall, you can get far better service elsewhere, Flamingo had an abundance of staff and we really felt taken care of for the amount of $$ you spend.

Liked:Nice rooms. Way overpriced food venues. $21 for eggs, bacon, bacon, and toast, really!!! Not talking about Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. I expect that! But Two waters and two gingerales $26 really

Overall fine but buy new pillows please!

Liked:Harrahs was in a good location! Room was fine.

Disliked:The mattresses were not comfortable but I have actually never had such awful pillows at a hotel ever. They probably would have brought us new ones (I hope) but my family was too stubborn to ask. But it will be a long time before we forget those pillows! 4 out of 4 were bad.
