It was an overall nice stay. The staff were nice and it was easy to find things in the hotel.

Liked:I liked how accessiable it was on the strip.

Disliked:The t.v. In the room was poor quality. There was no guide to tv shows and it was a bit fuzzy. Also when we had questions about the stay we wish there could have been an information desk of some sort for someone to answer questions.

Very disappointing and we will not stay at the Excalibur again

Disliked:Technical issues had occurred which effected most of the facilities. We stayed as a couple and were provided with one single use shampoo, no shower gel - for two people for 2 nights. No facility to have a coffee in our room or food/beverages brought to our room. No do not disturb sign. Air conditioning was poor and the unit in the room was as loud as a lawnmower. Staff at check in were rude and abrupt. Slot machines did not provide payout or tickets. We waited an hour and a half at one machine to be given our pay out by hand. Unable to book a taxi so used the queuing system - we were there for our wedding so waited in line in the heat dressed in full wedding attire before our ceremony, having paid a lot of money for outfits, hair and make up. Staff in the lifts and one lady at slot machines were pleasant.

Liked:The brige between the casino.

Disliked:The problems with the cyber attacks. We have 5 more days in the hotel. In the early morning alarm, I'm not comfortable in the hotel, and the casino all the slot games are having issues. All ATM out-of service. There was no complementary or any communication from the resort.
