Pools closed at 6 pm

Liked:VERY Disappointed that the pool is closed at 6 pm on weekends. After all day at the conference, I was not able to relax and enjoy the sun and pool. It is so sad and bad experience! Probably the plan is for the guests to be inside in AC to gamble, not to enjoy amenities. Everyone was complaining....

The Encore is wonderful

Liked:We spent three nights at the Encore and had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room we had (on the 58th floor) was wonderful--over 740 square feet. The high tech nature of the room was impressive, with everything being controlled by an ipad of Alexa. Housekeeping was wonderful. We have nothing bad to say about the Encore and this will be our go to place to stay when we visit Las Vegas.

Beautiful hotel! Very expensive restaurants and bars!

Liked:We loved the Encore! My favorite thing was that it was so close to get to the elevators to the rooms after you walked in. No walking miles…you walked in and around a corner, and you were there. The rooms were beautiful and very high tech, which I loved at first but then found slightly annoying. The tv didn’t have a remote. There was a tablet that controlled the tv, the lights and the curtains. Pretty awesome until you were laying on one side of the need and wanted to turn off the tv. Then you had to get up look at the tablet and go through tier steps to get to the tv and turn it off. Once again, cool but not very convenient. However, I loved the All On and All Off buttons that turned all the lights on or off and opened or closed the curtains. Very convenient when entering or leaving! The hotel was beautiful! I was disappointed in the lack of breakfast places and casual dining. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am after being up since 3 am and were very hungry, but nothing opened until 11-12. We waited and hit up Charlies (no sign so it was hard to find!) We split a flatbread pizza and Caesar salad and each had a drink and it was $150! My sex on the beach drink was $32! We only ate at one other restaurant there, Allegro, and the lasagna was the best I’ve ever had! All in all, although ensuring was very very expensive, we had an amazing time at a beautiful resort! Would go back for sure!

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT

Liked:Stayed here for a birthday and my boyfriend comes here often to gamble. I have black inlawd and nieces and nephews so to see a black couple next to us at the tables (we are white ) to be racially profiled for no reason we were appalled and disgusted. Then they did it to several other black eomdn. We are all for human rights and basic decency and respect. Never coming back here again .

"Unauthorized smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee up to $1,500 in a designated nonsmoking room. Marijuana products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort." Early departures after the guests have checked in will be charged for the full rate for the night of the departure as a penalty. A mandatory daily resort fee plus tax will apply.
