The management and facility's were were GREAT!!

Liked:The management was very nice because I had gotten into the area at 4am my orginal hotel cancelled my reservation because they did not have after hours check in. I contacted this location and they were able to get me a room and told me to just come on in. That was after a 20 hour drive.

Liked:My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 days and (to my chagrin!) I didn't review it because I assumed that their great reviews were going to greatly increase the price. MY BAD!! We stayed while we worded a conference on the Strip so we came and went at all hours, usually coming home after 10PM. Never, at any time, did we feel the neighborhood was dangerous (not even sketchy but we come from major California cities). The room itself was clean, comfortable and contained an entire kitchen - which was incredibly useful. The only negative (perhaps) was a TV system that is difficult to manage if you're not familiar with it. One night I actually had to call my husband to get us back to the menu (which is mostly '80's greats!) The service was very personal. We were driving from the Bay Area on the day we checked in and I hadn't noticed that the office closed early. We got a phone call asking for our ETA and they were incredibly polite in accommodating us. I have no idea who these other reviewers were or what they experienced but if you have any traveling experience, this is a true gem in Las Vegas. I'm really sorry if it increases the price out of my range, but I couldn't believe the reviews online and appreciate the price and value they provided me last December.
