Disliked:I made my reservation online, the total amount was deducted from my bank account, but the next morning when we checked out, the payment did not appear, so I agreed to pay in cash, what happened after this is that I paid twice, in cash that morning and through my bank transaction, because they did not return the money to my bank account.
