Liked:Hotel was nice overall. We had issues with our room for the 1st couple of days & the staff did not seem to make it a priority to correct the situation. Would not put the property in the same category as the Wynn, Encore, Balligio, Fountain Bleau.

You will not get a text

Liked:We asked for early check In and we were told we would get a text when the room was ready we arrived at 8 am. We called to check the status of the room around 2..front seat was not helpful, finally they said they would check on it. They said 30 minutes it would be ready, we will get a text. By 430 we were like can we check in yet, and the lady up front was like yeah why.
