Liked:So easy to get to since it is right off the highway. The hotel is being upgraded and looks nice.

Disliked:My room reeked of cigarette smoke. I chose a non-smoking room and the whole facility is supposed to be non-smoking.

Not good - WAY overpriced for the value and condition the room was in.

Disliked:The outlets to plug in your personal things (in our room - #149) were no longer installed into the wall properly and nothing stayed plugged in. One clip on the wall mounted hair dryer was completely broken off and the dryer barely hanging on. The vanity mirror was poorly lit and the switch to turn on a light in the entry did not work. The light at the office desk also did not work. There was no filtered or bottled water and the tap water tasted terrible. No working ice machine on the 1st floor - my husband had to go looking all over to find a working machine. The garbage cans located outside the side entrances were all over flowing with trash.

Liked:I was able to get my reservation for the nights that I needed. I checked in with no problems.

Disliked:It is still an issue being worked out with Booking and the property. I accidentally booked in September and I was given the run around by the person that I called at the property to cancel that reservation.
