Highlights
Could Improve
Multiple reports of dirty rooms: expired baby bottle on floor, black stains on sheets, dust on surfaces and general complaints about rooms not being clean.
Mixed service: several guests report cold or poor front-desk service and chaotic check-in/out, plus serious follow-up failures (stolen items). However, individual staff praise (e.g., maintenance man Victor quickly replacing an AC) indicates some competent staff members.
Generally convenient for visitors with cars: free parking, suitable for large vehicles/campers and proximity to a Deuce stop. Noted as a bit off the main Strip but location and parking are strong positives.
Rooms are described as old/dated with degraded equipment: weak/noisy AC, very soft mattresses, no refrigerators in many rooms and occasional maintenance problems (drains, broken AC).
Extensive family/kids amenities (circus shows, arcade, water park, slides, multiple play options) that are a major draw. Several guests noted closures of specific attractions during stays, but the breadth of amenities remains a strong positive.
Mixed value: competitive price noted by some, but unexpected on-site fees (extra charge for a second room), closed attractions during stays, and service/cleanliness issues reduce perceived value.
Some positive notes: cheap alcohol, convenient casual outlets and arcade/quarters/dollars experiences praised. A few mentions of closed food outlets (e.g., Burger King) but overall F&B impressions skew positive.
Overall mixed: hotel is a strong family/kids destination with lots of entertainment, but recurring problems (cleanliness, staff responsiveness, closed attractions, elevator failures, noise and theft reports) lead to a middling overall experience.
