Very good hotel, very good amenities, but disappointing minibar and service issues.

Liked:Great room view and a well-designed room layout. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We had a Strip-view room and could also see the pool area, which made the view even more enjoyable. During the weekend, music from the OMNIA nightclub could be heard, but it did not bother us. The hotel offers everything you could need, including shopping, entertainment, restaurants, a casino, a French café with excellent coffee and croissants, and a beautiful pool area. We requested a late check-out and were able to extend our stay until 4:00 PM for an additional fee of $100 plus tax, which was very convenient.

Disliked:One disappointing aspect of our stay was the lack of a minibar in our room. At check-in, we were specifically warned not to move any bottles in the minibar because charges would apply even if the items were returned. That was perfectly acceptable to us. However, when we opened the minibar refrigerator the next morning, we were surprised to find that it was completely empty. After asking at the front desk, we were informed that our room was scheduled for renovation and therefore did not include minibar service. This explanation was confusing, as our friends staying on the same floor had the same room category and did have a fully stocked minibar. The room did include a coffee machine, but no coffee refills were provided. We requested coffee supplies both by phone and in person at the front desk, yet no refills were delivered during our entire 7-day stay. While these issues may seem minor, they were disappointing and did not meet the level of service we expected.

Disliked:Nightly rates increased from what I originally have confirmation for but we had no choice but to stay there with last minute rate changes. I realize it was a busy weekend but I will not choose this property again for this reason.

Overall wonderful

Liked:Overall the property was beautiful!

Disliked:The toilet in the room didn’t stop running so I had to cut the water off to the toilet myself. The phone didn’t work and neither did the jets in the bathtub. Maintenance couldn’t fix it and we couldn’t move rooms that was the only bad thing.
