Disliked:My stay at Aloft Henderson was decent overall, but there were a few frustrating issues. When I arrived around 1 PM, I was told a room was available, but later it seemed like there was an attempt to charge an early check-in fee without clearly communicating it upfront. We also ran into problems with breakfast vouchers that we had already purchased in advance, which made the check-in experience more stressful than it should have been. The staff experience was mixed—while most interactions were just okay, the woman who checked us in was somewhat confusing when answering questions. That said, Freddy truly stood out. They went above and beyond to help resolve our issues and made a genuine effort to ensure we understood everything, which made a big difference in our stay. Because of the unexpected charges and lack of clear communication, I’d likely consider other options next time.

Clean and comfy place to stay

Liked:Clean and quiet. They have a ChargePoint charger (not cheap, but it's fine). Overall, a good hotel for the price.

Disliked:The room is quite small. The shower isn't separated from the living area, which makes it problematic for a family with children.
