Liked:Bed was very comfortable

Disliked:1. Room smelled horrid. Smelled almost like mold and sulfur possibly from ac unit. 2. Bathroom felt and looked dirty. Stains everywhere and hair in the sink. 3. Comforter smelled funny. 4. Tv selection was minimal 5. Was in need of information regarding stay there was no response to message sent and staff was not helpful.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed with in terms of condition and this rude indian front desk person.

Liked:The pool and the housekeeping staff and the front desk every staff besides the short indian frontdesk- most staff were very nice and helpful.

Disliked:I had a fight with my family member so I went to hangout in the Lobby after using the pool my clothes are wet I'm sitting in the breakfast area with a table to use my laptop. A random indian guy comes. threathen to call the police on me out of no where. I ask if he was the manager he said no. So, who even are you. I told him I have the room book under me Im having a big fight with my family memebrs I just need to chill out here. not only he brush it off while condensing . he didn't even apologize for treating me like a criminal. I had to escalate to management to not be harassed.

Liked:This hotel was in a good location for my needs. The staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee was decent. Again the staff there was awesome.

Disliked:The damp smell as soon as I opened the door was awful. The only reason I stayed was because I was dead tired and didn't want to deal with looking for a room in that area that didn't look sketchy. Side note... Why put a coffee maker in an area without an electric plug?? Luckily I don't do Keurig.
