Disliked:Room was dirty. The AC did not work. TV did not get all local channels. Kids were loud swimming in the pool very early in the morning. When we tried to check out, the staff was sleeping behind the desk

Liked:The location was great.

Disliked:There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was a man passed out in the pool area with 2 twisted teas next to him in the morning. The music in pool area was to loud in the morning and it smelled weird everywhere

Wasn’t able to stay due to false advertising.

Disliked:I was unable to check in due to the fact they advertised as pet friendly but when I arrived to check in w two cats they stated they no longer accepted cats. I had to cancel my reservation and am currently working on getting back my late cancellation fee. There was no where in the booking app to check on cats specifically so I was unable to verify before arriving.

We don't plan to return to Michigan. We were not at all impressed with Lansing. ,

Liked:Breakfast was fine, the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator and freezer were a nice size

Disliked:The shower flooded onto the floor no matter how you adjusted it. There were roaches in our room. We didn't not feel safe in the back parking lot. There were people staying close to our room who were clearly using the room to traffic and do drugs. At one point my husband actually found a small baggie of either crack or meth laying in front the door into the hotel. I alerted the front desk staff when we checked out. We also observed people letting others into the building to use the pool.
